TopBath guarantees that all its products are in good-quality and in good working condition. All these products are in accordance with or exceed China National Standard. TopBath Stone Resin/Stone composite products TopBath provides one-year limited warranty for the original customers who have purchased Stone Resin products. TopBath can maintain or replace the defective product under normal use and maintenance within a period of two years from the date of purchase.
The limited warranty does not cover the followings: Water supplying pipeline is blocked or oxidized; Or water supply system is wrongly installed; Or water contains with caustic chemicals. Expense of normal maintenance (periodic replacement of washers, seals etc.) Use of other than genuine replacement parts which is confirmed by TopBath or abuse, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance which results in damage to the product. Defects or damages arising from transportation, improper or faulty installation, changes, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance. Postage or shipping costs for products returned for repairs or replacement and labour or other costs incurred in connecting with product removal or installation. Damages caused by using improper (Chloride) cleanser on the product or accessories Damages or loss caused by fire, flood, earthquake, thunder and lightning, accidents or other Force Majeure factors.
In order to obtain the best service from TopBath, please read and consider the terms mentioned below carefully: When you’re purchasing, please remember to ask for the Warranty Card, which should include the detailed product description and the seal of the dealer or shopkeeper. You should keep the Sales Receipt and Warranty Card which should be used with all warranty claims. Topbath is responsible for any defects in its products and will repair and if necessary exchange any defective component or item provided it was installed and used as per Topbath’s instructions. In the event of proper installation and use,Topbath will not charge for the replacement of any defective item, except the cost of transportation and re-installation of the item to be replaced
