In the Stone Resin Product Engineering Process, the product manufacturing process which actually takes part includes the following: 1. According to the clients’requirement and product specification, the design for the mould is compiled. 2. A master mold is designed and constructed. 3. A working mold with detailed refinement is produced. 4. Materials used for manufacturing are washed, screened and graded. 5. Batching the material mix with measurement tools according to predetermined formulae based upon temperature and humidity. 6. Vacuum treatment to prevent the entrapment of air in the mixed material. 7. Preparing the working mould by lining with mould-releaser to make the mould smooth and absolutely clean. 8. Spraying the gel-coat on the surface of the working mould. 9. The mix is cast into a sturdy, reinforced mold for casting 10. Releasing the Semi-product from the mould(before polishing). 11. Sanding the surfaces with increasing grades of sandpaper. 12. Polishing the product. 13. The product is placed in an oven at 90℃,and baked for 2 hours to make it solidify. 14. The entire process is under Quality control based on ISO9001 15. The final products are packed and sent to enter the warehouse , ready for delivery
